Housing Authority of Cameron

The Housing Authority of Cameron is dedicated to providing safe, decent, and sanitary housing for low-income families and individuals. We manage resources efficiently and promote personal, economic, and social upward mobility for our residents.

Our Meadow Acres community offers 85 quality housing units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, serving families, seniors, and persons with disabilities in the Cameron area.

Who Qualifies?

The Housing Authority maintains an open waiting list and is currently accepting pre-applications. To qualify, household income must be at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Clinton County, MO. Priority is given to households at or below 50% AMI.

No documents required for the initial pre-application. Visit our office during business hours.

Complete Pre-Application
Fill out a brief form on-site. No documents required at this stage. You'll be added to the waiting list immediately.

Await Unit Availability
When a matching unit becomes available, we'll contact you to complete the full application and verification.
